Job Title: CCTV Monitoring Officer

Location: Erbil, Kurdistan Region – B.I.M Company, My Account Project

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week, Saturday – Thursday.

Reports To: Team Leader

Position Summary:

B.I.M Company is seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant CCTV Monitoring Officer for the My Account Project based in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the camera systems installed across various ATM hubs, ensuring the operational functionality of all critical systems, and reporting any irregularities or maintenance needs promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Monitor live camera feeds from ATM hubs during working hours.

·      Identify and report suspicious activities or technical issues.

·      Track battery levels and inverter performance at ATM sites.

·      Report low battery warnings, system failures, or irregularities.

·      Observe functionality of cooling systems via installed indicators.

·      Report malfunctions to ensure proper ATM room temperature control.

·      Detect and log any power loss at monitored sites.

·      Ensure backup systems (inverters, batteries) are functioning properly during outages.

·      Check solar panel performance and connectivity.

·      Report on charging effectiveness and possible disruptions.

·      Confirm regular visits and completion of tasks by the cleaning team via CCTV.

·      Report missed visits or unsatisfactory cleaning conditions.

Required Qualifications:

·      Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

·      Previous experience in CCTV monitoring or a technical role is an advantage.

·      Familiarity with backup power systems, air conditioning units, and solar systems.

·      Good observational and reporting skills.

·      Ability to remain focused and alert during working hours.

·      Basic computer literacy and comfort using monitoring software.
